Very quick note to say that on Wednesday I woke up early (go me) before work and ran! And it turned out to be National Running Day! Yay for me.
I'm off to St. Louis in the morning...it's going to be a blast! And it's the furthest west in the US I'll have traveled. Woo hoo!
