2016

Happy 2016!

Supposedly sharing your goals makes you less likely to achieve them. I haven't found that to be the case, as I've achieved most (not all) of the goals I wrote on this blog in the past 5 years! So here are my goals for 2016:

1. Travel to two new places (I hope for more, but this is a good place to start).

2. Use my gift cards!! I have about $400 in gift cards piled up. I have a problem. The two biggest ones I need to use are for cooking classes at Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and yoga classes at a Southie yoga studio. This should be easy!!

3. Run one race of any distance.

4. Complete Whole 30 at some point during the year.

5. Introduce more natural, chemical-free beauty products into my routines (I've already done this with toothpaste and face wash).

6. Grocery shop with seasonality in mind.

7. Be more vocal in my gratitude.

8. Be more direct in what I want/need from people.

9. Celebrate this stage of my life by doing lots of fun and new activities!

There is a big goal I've purposely left off of here because it scares me. I'll address that at another time :-)
