Friday Five

Wow, this week was a busy one! I don't feel like posting anything real, so here's another addition of Friday Five!

5 New to Me Exercises (That I've Been Doing A Lot!):
1. TRX push up
2. TRX tricep extension
3. Single Leg Squat with dumbbell
4. Kettel bell burpee with high pull
5. Around the world lunge

5 Things I'm Doing This Weekend:
1. Meeting the new owner of my apartment building. It's getting sold, so we'll see what happens there.
2. Deciding whether to run the 5 mile race of the half marathon at Saturday's Run to Remember expo. At this point I'm leaning heavily toward the 5 miler.
3. Running some portion of the Run to Remember! The race starts at 7 am...eek.
4. Figuring out my birthday plans.
5. Hanging with friends!
