Look at me with these two a day posts. Who am I?
Last night after work I went to the gym and ran/walked for 50 minutes (about 3.75 miles), then did a bit of strength training, including bench lunges. I love to hate these. My legs are hurting today, but in a good way.
When I got home I made a super food dinner! I've been reading a lot about these so-called super foods lately and have been trying to incorporate them into my diet more and more.
I had an open faced veggie sandwich: hummus, dark greens, sprouts, cucumber, tomato, avocado and topped with a little s & p. Sweet potato fries (burnt) on the side.
This was so fresh and delicious, although a little hard to keep together. The avocado kept sliding off!
I also had a kombucha mocktail. I've been wanting to try kombucha for a while now and was pleasantly surprised with the taste! The original was bubbly and fruity tasting, so I'm excited to try the citrus flavored one. This is definitely not going to become a habit though. $4 per bottle, no thank you.
