I had a quick breakfast at home before heading out for office space visits (we're considering moving locations at work). I had a banana and a cheese stick:
Lunch was a turkey sandwich with tomato, veggies and hummus, and an orange.
Around 4 I had another cheese stick. When I got home I knew I wasn't going to be eating dinner for a few hours so I snacked on an apple and peanut butter...and a slim jim. Ugh.
For dinner Tom and I made calzones with our leftover pizza dough from earlier this week! They were SO good, and I felt 100x better than I do when I have a calzone from a pizza place.
In mine I added part skim mozzarella, low fat ricotta cheese and spinach. I mixed it all up in a bowl before hand.
Then I scooped it onto my dough and folded it over.
The result:
