Last Night

I came home from work and did 30Ds.

Then I ran 1 little mile, dragging my very tired legs.

I went to trivia. We got 6th out of a lot of teams, not too shabby.

Despite wanting fries in an insane way, I ate a very good and healthy dinner: pistachio crusted salmon, mashed cauliflower and spinach.


On the way home there was a raccoon walking right down the sidewalk on a big busy street. In fear I sprinted across the street and straight into a fence, then toppled over onto the ground. I now have a sore ankle and a scraped leg. Luckily gymnastics taught me how to tuck and roll like a champ.
