Monday Potluck

I was doing so good with updating for a while! This is why I'll never be a professional blogger. Sometimes I just cannot write.

I wanted to stop in and post some pictures from my friends' amazing potluck last night! We've been doing potlucks for years and have seriously improved over time. We basically used to have 8 appetizers with cheese and bread and that's about it. Last night we covered all the bases!

We had appetizers...

Kathleen's zucchini bites with tzatziki sauce, and some un-pictured chips with salsa and guacamole.

We had salad...my pear, gorgonzola, seeds and walnut salad. I wanted to make a "spring" salad but the grocery store was out of strawberries.

We had a side dish...Cara's mustardy, bacony brussels sprouts!

We had a main dish...Marissa's awesome Mozambique chicken, which I am 100% getting the recipe for and making.

And dessert...this over sized chocolate cupcake that Andy picked up from Crumbs!

I'm so proud of us!!
